Description
SEG Frames (otherwise known as Silicone Edge Graphic) is a framing system which accepts a tension fabric into its recessed grooves for a clean and stunning visual impact in countless applications. The fabric is prepared with a silicone strip sewn into the perimeter of the Dye Sublimated Printed Graphic, which allows for easy installation and graphic changes.
LED Strip Lighting Really Brightens your Message
With evenly distributed LED Strip Lighting, your fabric graphic can really get noticed! The LED lights are 10 watts each and come with Wide Beam Angles for light efficiency and low heat. The LED Lighting is placed on the interior perimeter of both larger frame sides. When ordering a Banner from us, we include a White Reflective Banner to be inserted into the backside of the SEG Frame. This allows for added light intensity, as it bounces the LED Strip Lighting behind your featured graphic being displayed. You can decide if you want to install the reflective white fabric backer, depending if your location does not warrant the added light spread. When ordering you will specify where you want the cord to exit the box. Its compact to ship, and simple to set up...making this entire lighted slim lightbox an ideal solution when lighting is needed for your interior space.

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a Limited Life Time from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
Manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use or impairs caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, and flood or product impair resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Extreme outdoor conditions such as excessive moisture, temperature or other damage due to out-of-door elements.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized or improperly installed products.

Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 25% restock fee including any return shipping costs. All custom orders are non-returnable unless defective in material or workmanship. All Orders exceeding a subtotal of $2,500, or with any customizations, are deemed non-returnable.

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.
COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)
Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.
RESIDENTIAL Freight Delivery (Residential Lift-Gate Service) ($125.00)
*This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.

Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
